1 Finance P2P Private Limited (hereinafter "1 Finance P2P") is a non-banking financial company peer-to-peer (NBFC-P2P) lending platform registered with the Reserve Bank of India. However, Reserve Bank of India does not accept any responsibility for the correctness of any of the statements or representations made or opinions expressed by the NBFC-P2P and does not provide any assurance for repayment of the loans lent on it.

1 Finance P2P lending involves risk. 1 Finance P2P acts solely as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 1999 and facilitates a digital platform connecting lenders and borrowers. All loan transactions are entered into directly between lenders and borrowers at their own discretion. 1 Finance P2P is not a party to such transactions and does not guarantee loan disbursement, repayment, recovery of funds, or returns. Information on the platform is provided on a best-efforts basis, and any lending decision is solely the responsibility of the lender.

The Company is having a valid Certificate of Registration dated 29th December, 2025 issued by Reserve Bank of India under section 45 IA of the Reserve Bank of India, 1934. However, the Reserve Bank of India does not accept any responsibility or guarantee about the present position as to the financial soundness of the Company or for the correctness of any of the statements or representations made or opinions expressed by the Company and for the repayment of deposits/discharge of liabilities by the Company.
